01 General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xs666 ("the Platform", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the xs666 website at xs666.vin, the xs666 mobile application and all associated services. 02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• You may only hold one account on xs666. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods are used — are prohibited.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your xs666 account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. xs666 will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact xs666 customer support immediately.
• xs 666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Deposits & Payment Methods

xs666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and selected mobile wallets. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone else — are strictly not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your xs666 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method.
• xs666 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which xs666 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your xs666 account balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• xs666 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits where fraud, abuse or policy violations are suspected.

04 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details held on your xs666 account. xs666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, xs666 may require identity and payment method verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and ensure payment security.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within one to two hours of approval. Raast transfers are processed within two hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• xs666 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method. The full approved withdrawal amount will be sent to your designated account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page in your account. Requests below the minimum threshold cannot be processed.
• If a bonus is active on your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided if wagering requirements have not been completed. Review the bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• xs666 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

xs666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and Cricket-themed seasonal offers during PSL, T20 and international Cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and time limit. These are stated clearly on the xs666 Promotions page at the time the offer is live.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. xs666 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer from any player where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or other strategies designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play.
• xs666 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be notified of any impact on their account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the platform's bonus system.

06 Gameplay, Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

xs666 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:

• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to interact with xs666 games or the platform is forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or bingo environments, is prohibited.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors or miscalculated odds to gain an advantage is a breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud xs666 or other players — including through chargebacks, reversed payments, or use of stolen payment credentials — will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing or abusing xs666 staff or other players through any communication channel is not tolerated.

Game outcomes on xs666 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). xs666 does not manipulate outcomes and all slot Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers. xs666 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from normal gameplay variance.

07 VIP Programme

xs666 operates a four-tier VIP programme — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — available to all registered players. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP points are earned through real-money gameplay across eligible games on xs666, including slots, live casino and bingo. Points are not awarded on play funded solely by bonus funds.
• VIP tier progression is based on accumulated points over a rolling period. The specific points thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Termination

Either you or xs666 may close a player account subject to the following:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting xs666 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification. Uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited.
• xs666-initiated closure: xs666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
• In cases where an account is closed by xs666 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, xs666 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period, regardless of the player's request.

11 Limitation of Liability

xs666 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and game integrity, xs666 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

• xs666 accepts no liability for losses arising from normal gameplay variance, including losing streaks in slots, live casino or bingo games.
• xs666 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to understand these Terms or the specific terms of a bonus or promotion.
• xs666 accepts no liability for losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a game outcome being incorrectly recorded, xs666 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return any stake placed. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous outcome will not be honoured.
• Nothing in these Terms limits xs666's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms
